Orders can be canceled within the two-hour grace period after being placed. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number to request the cancellation.

Once this window has passed, we're unable to guarantee a cancellation, as your order may already be in processing and prepared for shipment. If your order has already shipped, you're welcome to return it once received, in accordance with our return policy.
