Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow its progress with the carrier. It's normal for tracking to take 24–48 hours to update after a shipping label is created, as this reflects the time before the carrier physically scans the package.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact our support team with your order number so we can look into the status with the carrier on your behalf.
