Orders shipped to freight forwarding addresses become the customer's responsibility once received at the forwarding facility. RAW Nutrition is not responsible for any delays, damage, loss, or additional fees that occur after a package reaches a freight forwarder or during onward shipment to its final international destination.

Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be handled directly with the freight forwarding company or carrier once the package has been delivered to the forwarding address.
