Tracking Says "Label Created" and Hasn't MovedUpdated 3 hours ago

"Label created" means your order has been packed and a shipping label printed, but the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet.

What's normal

• Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days before they ship.
• Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
• Launches, sales, and holidays can add time.

When to contact us
If tracking still shows "label created" after 5 business days, contact our support team with your order number. We'll check with the warehouse and the carrier.
