Try these steps first:

• Check the spelling. Enter the code exactly as it was sent, with no extra spaces.
• Use one code per order. Codes can't be combined with each other, subscription discounts, sale pricing, or store credit unless the offer says so. If more than one discount applies, checkout uses the highest one.
• Check the offer terms. Some codes have a minimum order, exclude certain products, are for new customers only, or have expired.

GovX codes
Each GovX code is single use. Log back in to GovX to get a new code for each purchase. Only one GovX code can be redeemed per day. GovX codes can't be combined with a subscription discount.

I didn't get my sign-up code
Your code is sent to the email address you signed up with. Check your spam and promotions folders. Still nothing? Contact us with the email you used to sign up.

Store credit
Enter your store credit code in the discount field at checkout. It isn't always applied automatically.
