Where to find the lot number and expiration date
The lot number is printed on the bottom of the tub. The expiration date is printed on the container. Include both any time you contact us about a product issue.

Can I use a product after it expires?
We don't recommend it. We can't guarantee taste, texture, or potency after the expiration date.

My scoop is missing
Scoops can settle to the bottom of the powder during shipping. Dig gently through the powder with a clean spoon before reaching out. If it isn't there, contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the open container. We can send you a replacement tub with a scoop.

My scoop is too short to reach the bottom
Thanks to everyone who flagged this on our 510 g creatine bottle. We've passed it to our product team. In the meantime, once the bottle gets low, pour the creatine into a wider, clean, airtight container so the scoop can reach it.
